Bissan Ghaith, RD
Bissan Ghaith is a Registered Dietitian with over five years of experience in clinical and community settings and is known for her compassionate and evidence-based approach to nutrition care. Fluent in English and Arabic, Bissan is passionate about empowering individuals to lead healthier lives by transforming complex nutritional science into practical and sustainable solutions.
Her fascination with the relationship between food, health, and psychology began at an early age, inspired by a strong family history of diabetes. She pursued her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition at Brescia University College, with a specialization in psychology, and went on to complete the Diploma in Dietetic Education and Practical Training. Bissan is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
Throughout her career, Bissan has held diverse roles, including clinical dietitian positions in rehabilitation, long-term care, private practice and family health teams across Canada and the United Arab Emirates. She has extensive expertise in managing a wide range of health conditions, such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Her ability to design personalized care plans using Motivational Interviewing and the Nutrition Care Process has consistently led to improved client outcomes.

With certifications in Craving Change® and Motivational Interviewing, she is well-equipped to address both the psychological and physiological facets of health.
When she’s not helping clients achieve their wellness goals, Bissan enjoys exploring scenic hiking trails, discovering cozy coffee spots, playing with her cat, and binge-watching Netflix’s latest hits with friends and family.
